When Delle arrived, thanks to her mysterious cellmate, some of the chipmunks in Willow Haven welcomed her. Others rejected her. Her secrets seemed to put others on edge. What was a chipmunk from Twin Valley doing in Willow Haven? How did she get here? 

Slowly, Delle begins to piece together the secrets of the hidden haven, and she finally thinks she understands. 

While she's there, enemies invade the haven. An important book is lost. But worst of all, the kingdom’s power source is stolen. Will Delle step up to save the kingdom’s most important secret? Will others look past Delle’s secrets and trust her?
